Soccial AI vs ManyChat

ManyChat is the usual separate login for Instagram comment and DM automation. Soccial runs that work from the same chat that captures contacts and writes Shopify codes.

Included in the Soccial AI chat

• Comment and DM replies as part of an approved campaign plan
• Entrants saved into your CRM, not left inside the social app
• Follow-up discount codes created in Shopify

Professional is $139/mo and covers Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, and a CRM. See the full plan list before you cancel anything else.
